Some blocks need more than others. Some budgets don't match the site. If that's the case, we'll say so in writing now, not after you've committed.
If it does work, the next step is a Site Investigation: we visit, commission the reports and set your total price and handover date. It's $5,000 plus the reports at cost, all credited in full to your deposit.

Is it really free?
Yes. It's a $495 service, and it's yours free, with no obligation. It's how we find out whether we're the right fit for your block, and you find out whether we're the right fit for you.
What do I need to send?
The address or lot and DP of your block, and a rough idea of what you'd like to put on it. That's all.
Will you give me a price?
Not a fixed one. The Land Check tells you what your block needs and which homes suit it. Your total price is set in the Site Investigation, once the site has been properly worked through.
I don't own land yet. Can I still ask?
