We changed our delivery model, reworked our pricing so you see a real number early, and refined our standard home around the people we design for: families in the suburbs, the city fringe and the country, first home buyers, downsizers, and anyone who wants a price and a date they can plan around. Steel framing, double glazing and The First Night are now standard, not upgrades.
Foundation Homes are the first homes delivered under that new standard. We want each one done properly, photographed properly, and shown to the next family wondering whether there's a better way. So we're making it worth your while to be first.

Once your total price is set in your Site Investigation, it's locked for 6 months. Time to arrange finance and sign, without the number moving.

About Foundation Homes.
Is the home priced any differently?
No. A Foundation Home is priced the same as any other Veridian Living home. What you get on top is the priority build slot and the Foundation bonus.
Which designs can I choose?
Any design from our Opalite, Emerald or Retreat collections that suits your block. Your Land Check will tell you which ones work.
What if my state has already been claimed?
You can still own a Veridian Living home with everything that comes as standard, including The First Night. Only the priority build slot and the Foundation bonus are limited to one home per state.
What does "priority build slot" mean?
Your home is scheduled into the factory ahead of orders placed after it, so it's among the first homes we deliver.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is included within 250 km of our manufacturing facility. Further sites are priced per kilometre in your Site Investigation, so it's in your total before you commit.
Why only one per state?
These are the first homes under our new standard, and they're the ones we'll be judged by. One per state means each one gets the attention it deserves, and I'll personally oversee every one of them, from the first conversation to the 12-month visit. – Jess Plane, Director
- One Foundation Home is available in each of NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, TAS, WA, SA and NT. It is secured by the first deposit paid in full for a home in that state or territory, after a Site Investigation.
- Deposits must be received by 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2026. The offer ends when all eight are claimed or on that date, whichever comes first.
- Professional photography takes place at or after handover, at a time agreed with you. Foundation Home owners agree that Veridian Living may use the images of the home in its marketing, website, social media and award submissions. We won't publish your address, or images of you or your family, without your separate written consent. You'll receive a set of the images for your personal use.
- The Foundation bonus is supplied at handover and cannot be exchanged for cash. Products may be replaced with items of equal or better value if unavailable.
- The Land Check is free for all families; its $495 value reflects our Director's time to research and prepare it, at our standard consulting rate. Photography is valued at the quoted cost of an architectural photographer. Inclusion values are based on our supply and installation allowances and vary by design.
- Site works, reports and approvals are priced in your Site Investigation. Delivery is included within 250 km of our manufacturing facility.
