An honest price, a date you can plan around, and a home made to last shouldn't be premium extras. They should be the floor.
I'm Jess Plane, Director of Veridian Living. I've spent twelve years in construction, most recently running operations and finance for civil businesses turning over $20–50 million.
In civil, a price and a program have to hold. Projects are scoped properly before anyone commits, and someone is accountable when they don't go to plan. Residential construction rarely works that way. Families are asked to commit everything they have before anyone can tell them what it will really cost or when they'll move in.
Veridian Living exists to change that, using Modern Methods of Construction and the same controls I used on major projects.

Nothing carries our name unless it's ready to be judged.
We tell it straight: in the quote, on the program, and when we get it wrong.
We set the mark, then we move it. Compliance is the floor, never the goal.
A home built properly shouldn't be a privilege. Two ways in, no one priced out.
The door stays open behind us. What we leave behind matters more than what we take.
This industry changed my life. Now it's my turn to change someone else's.
Every fifth home funds a scholarship or pathway into the construction industry for someone who wouldn't otherwise get the chance. We'll report on it every year, and name the people it helps where they're happy for us to.
Tell us where it is. Within 3 business days you'll know what it needs and which homes suit it.
